The 2018 spring/summer food tour lineup is live. You can find the full list HERE.
I apologize in advance for being a little behind this year, its been a very busy few months with the Foodism, the CBC segments and the upcoming TV show wrapping production. Yes I will be hosting some food tours, and I would love to show you my personal favourites. The tickets are now live.
The food scene in the Greater Toronto Area continues to expand at a very rapid pace, we're starting to see more and more micro-regional foods from various corners of the globe. The younger generation is starting to take helm at many mom n' pop shops, and we're starting to see the cuisine change and evolve. The best way to experience this is to get out of the city and explore the surrounding neighbourhoods.
Tours will cover; Mississauga, North York, Scarborough, York, Brampton.
There will be 2 sets of food tours for the downtown core (announced in May).
There will be 1 international tour for fall/winter 2018.
Please note;
These tours are designed for adventurous eaters with a strong appetite. We will be visiting a good number of places in a short amount of time, there will be a lot of food. All food tours include transportation from one central spot in downtown Toronto (and drop off), and food and non-alcoholic drinks as part of my program. You'll only open your wallet if you want to leave an extra tip or purchase something extra at a shop. Each tour will host up to a maximum of six guests. And finally, while I will try to accommodate allergies if possible, there are no guarantees. No refunds.
*As always, if you are interested in a private food tour, you can email me directly at suresh.doss[at]gmail.com. Please note that I run an average of three to four tours a month (usually Mondays/Fridays) and there can be a wait list. Email me and let's chat about what you want to see, eat, and drink.
